Critical - Calendar Entries lost in both Outlook and Google Calendar


I have been using Calendar Sync+ since several months with default setup on Windows 10 and it has been working just fine. I have made no new config changes since I set it up initially. Today I found that all my Calendar entries were missing for current and previous month, both in Outlook and Google Calendar. When I tried to Open Calendar Sync+, it crashed. After logging off the computer and logging back in, Calendar Sync+ now shows the last Sync in September 2016, even though I have been using it every day since past few months. There is no log being displayed in Calendar Sync+ and no past activity. On further review, I found my lost Calendar items in the deleted folder of Outlook. I am not sure what happened but I am sure this was not a human error. How can I prevent this from happening again Calendar Sync?

I also ran into similar result: All my Outlook entries were lost. What I did: Two way sync.
Is there a backup or something created that I can restore? What's even more puzzling is I'm asking all of my coworkers to forward my meetings which were lost...and when I 'accept' them, they don't even stick to my calendar...

Hmm...Seems like a big issue.

Hello jzajac2 - You should be able to find your lost outlook calendar entries in the Outlook deleted items folder and restore from there. But before you do, you will need to stop Calendar Sync+ synchronization because it will again remove them due to this issue.

I want to sometime try just one was sync from Outlook to Mobile so that this issue does not remove my Outlook entries, though haven't had the time to try that. Let me know please if you get a chance to try that out.
